"I am writing to say thank you for the recent outstanding service that I received through your Service Department from Bill, your Service Manager, and Doug your very knowledgeable service mechanic. I just recently sold my Dad's 1988 Gl1500 Honda Goldwing. A couple days before the sale I placed fuel in the tank. Little did I realize it was bad fuel. Well you could of guess it - the day of the sale it did not want to start. The prospective owners drove 7 hours to purchase it. Having used Honda of Chattanooga before, I brought the bike to you, with the prospective owners in tow. I knew that even with my explanation, I was at the mercy of the service department in the time crunch I created. Bill truly understood my situation and within 30 minutes Doug, not only fixed the issue, he went the extra mile and bled the brakes for safety. To say the least, the sale went through. The new oeners were very happy and on their way. I was overwhelmed and thankful for your staff for not just their understanding, but going the extra mile to help me in my predicament.
